ELIGABILITY: PAQUITA LA DEL BARRIO LIVE LIVE TICKET GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes (sponsored by OurTiempo.com) is open to individuals who are legal residents of the State of Illinois who at time of entry reside within the State of Illinois and are age 21 or older. YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. You must be a current fan of OurTiempo.com Los Angeles Facebook Page or Follower of @OurTiempo to win, confirmation will be required of winner before ticket delivery.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winning Entry will be selected randomly by Sponsor from all valid Entries received. The selection is final. The potential winner will be notified by email after the prize drawing based on the information provided on the entry form. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: 1 potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within two (2) business days after its transmission; 2 the return of an email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts; 3 the return of the prize as undeliverable; 4 potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; 5 potential winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the Promotion.
CONSENT AND RELEASE: Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for OurTiempo.com to announce the winner’s name for promotional purposes without further compensation and presentation of any or all prizes shall be contingent upon submission of written consent from the winner as to such use. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release OurTiempo.com from any claims and/or liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute related to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts in Cook County, Illinois. GENERAL: Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and releases Sponsor and Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
